Comfortable bed, spotless room, modern facilities, delicious breakfast selection of excellent things. Rewritten: the bed was really comfortable, the room was clean, and had modern amenities, plus the breakfast served was delicious with an excellent selection of tasty items.

The hotel had beautiful and charming rooms with lots of space and comfortable furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel at home during our stay. The included breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of Mexican and Continental dishes. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to all the historic center had to offer. Additionally, the hotel had indoor and outdoor event spaces overlooking the city, which would be perfect for special occasions.

The check-in process was slow and inefficient, as the hotel had trouble finding our reservation. this negative experience marred an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The rooms at this hotel are amazing! The tall ceilings and huge entertainment center make you feel like you're in a luxury suite. The bathroom is incredible too, with double sinks and a shower big enough for a party! Plus, having a Nespresso machine in the room was a great bonus.

The noise from the street was a bit of a downside, but luckily the thick glass and heavy doors helped keep it to a minimum. The WiFi was quite poor during my stay, and when I contacted maintenance about it, their response was not very helpful.

I had the best time staying at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the historical center of Morelia. Plus, it's right in front of the main plaza, overlooking the magnificent cathedral. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the stunning decor to the comfortable rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the room and the rest of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of delicious options. this hotel provided an amazing experience.

The hotel's amenities were great and the location was key. The rooms were sophisticated and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The variety of tours offered provided a wide range of enjoyable activities. The hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get to everything we wanted to see.

The breakfast service was somewhat slow and formal. The noise level from the street was higher than expected and we could hear it, even though we had a room away from the street.

Our city break was amazing! the hotel is in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. the room was spacious and well-adorned with lovely complementary coffee and a safe. the rooftop terrace was perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful view.

The breakfast could improve, the eggs were a bit overdone, and it would be great to have more options. the decor in the common areas was a bit austere, a few couches or chairs in the lobby would have made it more inviting.

The complimentary hot chocolate and cookies on Christmas Eve were a nice touch, and the complimentary breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty options. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main square and cathedral. Additionally, the view from the rooftop terrace was stunning, providing a great spot to take in the city lights at night.

The noise level was pretty high, as our room faced a busy street. Also, the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped, leading to a less-than-ideal sleeping experience.
